• Children below 05 years stay free of charge. Children between 05-12 years will be charged 50% of the sharing double rate when sharing with a parent.

• Reservations – 50% payment is required when making a booking and 50% upon checking-in

• 100% to be paid upon checking in and any extras to be paid at check-out

• Check-out time 12.00noon

Early check-in and late check-out can be provided upon request and based on availability.

• Booking cancellations must be done at least 3 full days before the scheduled check-in date. Total payment is deemed forfeited for any cancellation made less than 3 full days of the hotel check-in time or for cancellations of certain promotional bookings.
